
The Indian Women’s Team created another commanding performance during their victory in 5-0 over Iraq to get closer to the AFC Women’s Asian Cup qualifying on Wednesday 2 July. The first half of the target from Sangita Basfore and Manisha gained India under control before Karthika Angamuth, Phanjoubam Nirmala Devi and Nongmaithem Ratanl adds to another Science. As a result, India has now scored 22 goals out of three games, while none admitted because they remained undefeated in the group. India came to the competition against Iraq with confidence after the pounding of Mongolia 13-0 and Timor-Leste 4-0. India continued to create more chances and in the 35th minute Manisha saw her stormy effort a long distance along the partition. In the 44th minute, however, doubled the lead when her tame shot passed the defense and caught the goalkeeper out of sight.
Iraq, who caught in half -time, made a change of goal, with Alzebari replaced Faeza Mahmood. Momentum, however, remained with the Indian team when it made 3-0, thanks to the sensational efforts of Karthic Angamuth. Her 25-yard shot caught the goalkeeper from the line and plunged into the net.
Despite the major leadership of India, Iraq kept in its own half and the fourth goal came in the 68th minute. Nirmala Devi, after collecting the ball in the middle of the field, made another long effort. The last goal of the match came in the 80th minute, when the replacement ratanbal Devi made an arrow in the box and its first effort was originally saved. But she was smart enough to make a reflection and push her into the net.
India will face Thailand in its final game, which could be a direct knockout because the group winner will get qualifications. The match will take place on Saturday 5th July.
