We all know what Shaubman Gill brings to the table like a dough. But now, as a captain, he has to throw the brand “poster boy” and enter the role of predator – lead a pack when India is looking for a series in the second test in Birmingham.
Simply put, The chances of India depend on how well Gill can force his visionshow his tactical thinking and offer a glimpse of what to come in his captain’s possession.
India had her moments in the first test. They started heavily and published three centuries in the first shifts. Rishabh Pant dazzled in the second shifts next to Klie Rahul.
