
The Hunsur Municipal Police and drug control officers attacked a medical trade in a bilikere near for the alleged unlawful sale of drugs to young people.
They received a Medico legal certificate from the private hospital in Mysuru when Irfan, 21, the population of the city, was admitted to treatment as a bed for extreme pain and loss of control over his right hand.
In his statement, Irfan revealed that, together with his friends Mohammed Khajir and a juvenile in conflict with the law, he bought a drug from a bilikere medical trade.
The youth diluted certain tablets and injected them into their hands. The drug purchased without a prescription was sold to customers for 500 GBP for injection.
The police registered the case on the basis of the provisions of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances against Irfan, Mohammed Khajir and the juvenile.
Meanwhile, the police and officials of the drug control department carried out a common air raid in a medical store.
The person who sold the drug to the defendants was escape, the police said, adding that legal action was launched against the trade.
