Almost half an hour after the explosion was torn by the Sigachi Industries production unit, which fired from the roof and sent shooting from buildings in a circle of several hundred meters, the first respondents were people and workers from the surrounding areas. They dug up through bricks, mortar and concrete blocks of debris to pull their bodies and injured. There was no ambulance on the spot. At 9.48 in the morning, the passers -by Sai Reddy from ISNAPUR shot a video showing injured workers with bleeding wounds and torn clothes sitting in a corporate bus and waiting for transport to the hospital. The bus suffered damage to the explosion, including broken glass and its back was crushed. When the bus pulled away, another person with four persons held by the limbs was exported from the factory, another person was exported in a temporary stretcher.
It was playing what happened after a fire near Gulzar Houz in Hyderabad, where the good Samaritans postponed the victims from the building to the waiting stretcher. The survival rate in both cases was low. While 17 people died in Blaze near Gulzar Houz, 15 people died on Monday.
Sigachi Industries, whose units for cellulose for microcrystalline cellulose reported in its submission on the stock market: “The Safety and Security Management System received ISO 45001: 2018.” But on Monday morning the workers were left on their own devices. The requirement for a green album for a dangerous waste display was empty when the fire brigades and rescue staff reached the explosion and did not leave them clueless about what they were going.
Slow rescue efforts and the absence of information are related to the perception of the risk and value of human life, says an expert. “There is a systemic reason and a deeply rooted problem. We have low value for human life and low cost of life. After low cost of life, I mean the amount of compensation that will be paid. In the US, the value of life is high but the cost of life is high.
“Safety management in Indian industry and security regulation by government regulatory authorities is questioned. Both underestimate the likelihood of toxic relaxation, fires and explosions, and risk mitigations do not gain attention,” says Mr. Dhara.
“We Have Seen Many Fire Accidents Right From Deccan Mall, Swapanlok Complex, Gulzar Houz and Now Yet Another today Near Hyderabad. It’s and Wake-up Call for Industry and Regulators. Both Industries and Government Bodies Must Revisit and Reinforce Zoning Lows, Permitts, and Safety Compliance Frameworks-Especially in Fast-Growing Clusters Like Pashamylaram, ”Says SP Anchuri, and Structural Engineer to respond to the accident on Monday, where the collapsed building led to a high death number.
“I am not sure whether the reaction was appropriate, given that there is not much information even after hours of accident.
