A student of class VIII, who allegedly stabbed a 15 -year -old senior to death during a school break in the Mahari in the Ahilyanagar district, the police said on Friday (June 27, 2025).
The incident occurred around 15:30 on Wednesday (June 25, 2025) in school areas. Thirteen -year -old suspect, also a student at the same institution, was on Friday (June 27, 2025) to custody and produced before the Juvenile Council of Justice (JJB).
“We introduced the accused in front of the Juvenile Justice Council and we were waiting for custody. We are investigating where the attacker won a weapon and motif. Prima Facia looks like a spad of previous boys’ families.
The father of the deceased gave the first information report and the accused was booked according to Section 103 (Murders) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhit (BNS).
The police said that boys who were also neighbors had a sharp argument during the break, which quickly escalated. The suspect reportedly stabbed the victim several times with a sharp weapon. Shortly after the incident, the boy was declared dead.
