Previously, the Law student was reportedly raped inside College South Calcutta Law College in Calcutta, West Bengal between 19:30 and 20.50 hours 25 June.
Police Kolkata arrested three accused – Manojoje Mishhra, Zaib Ahmed and Pray Mukathyay.
According to the victim, there was an incident in the evening of June 25, when the woman went to college. She was allegedly taken three accused to the room inside the educational institute and raped by a gang, the police said.
During the probe, it was found that the accused had noticed an attack on a cell phone and threatened to record the shots online if they talk to someone about the incident, PTI press agency reported and quoted a police source.

“She claimed that three accusations kept mobile shots of the attack and threatened to release it on the Internet if she talked about something about the incident,” said the police source PTI.
The police added that the mobile phones of the three accused were confiscated and sent for forensic analysis.
Meanwhile, all three charges were submitted before the next Main Court of Justice in Alipore, who sent them to police custody within July 1.
