Before the upcoming elections, the leader of the opposition Tejashwi Yadav on Thursday (June 26, 2025) appealed to Bihar’s youth to give him 20 months to change the state because they gave Nitish Kumar Minister 20 years.
Responing the “Chatra Yuva Sansad” organized by Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) in Patny’s Bapu Sabhagar, Mr. Yadav gave a series of promises to young voters during her hourly speech.
He announced that if he was elected, his government would set up a youth commission, created a free form for competing examinations, provided domestic lecturers to academically weaker students and provided free transport to investigative centers.
“You gave Nitish Kumar for 20 years, just give me 20 months. Work that was not done in 20 years, I will do it in 20 months,” Yadav said, addressed a considerable assembly of representatives of students and youth from all over the state. He claimed that Bihar’s youth would soon change the policy of the state by releasing the government of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
