The High Court in Kerala ordered the police to consider the petition filed by an entrepreneur in connection with the allegedly clicking on IPS officers and others.
An entrepreneur based in Kollam Mugesh Narendran had previously approached the police as a result of the alleged demands of the former MLA PV Anvar that he tapped on their phones. When directing the police to consider the petition, the High Court asked if Mr. Anvar operated a parallel system of public administration. In December 2024, the High Court issued a notification to the State Government and Mr. Anvar on a written petition that was looking for a CBI spacecraft in the alleged illegal knocking of phones Mr. Anvar. Mr. Narendran pointed out that she publicly admitted that she had captured individual telephone interviews, including police officials, politicians and petitioners.
