Superintendent Police Pradeep Gunti urged citizens to strive to make Bidar a district without drugs.
Mr. Gunti, who dealt with the gathering at the Karnataka College event in Bidar, with the aim of meanting an International Day against drug abuse and illegal trading, emphasized the serious consequences of drug abuse for the individual and mental health of the individual.
“Those who are under the influence of drugs often lose their awareness of their actions that can lead them to involvement in crime, such as theft, murder, robbery and sexual assault. I call on youth to keep far from harmful addictions and instead focus on building a healthy and meaningful life.
He emphasized the importance of the state with responsible citizens and to provide quality education to children so that they could seek to achieve decent positions in society, Mr. Gunti said that the police department is always on duty to people. “It is our duty to ensure everyone’s safety,” he confirmed.
The President of the City Council in Bidar City Mohammad Ghouse stressed that parents need to consider the future of their children and ensure that they do not drop the prey of drug addiction.
He noted that the Constitution guarantees fundamental rights, such as education and the right to life, and therefore an effort to build a healthy and progressive society should be made.
He also promised to engage in banking officials to facilitate loans for self -employed persons trying to leave the world of addiction.
The event was attended by deputy police director Shivanagoud Patil, regional manager of SBI Jai Kumar, other drug controller Dhananjay, psychiatrist Raghanendra Vagner, police officer Pasha, Asirpf CH Srinivas and others.
