US District Judge Allison Burroughs provided a preliminary order to the university Monday, which prevents the government from enacting a statement on June 4, which will enable to enter foreign students planning school, Bloomberg informed.
The court order extends the earlier temporary bar.
Trump’s statement banned foreign nationals to join the US to study at Harvard or participate in programs for visitors for six months and ordered Foreign Minister Marco Rubio to consider whether to cancel the visa of international students already enrolled in Harvard.
