Indian intelligence agencies and defensive forces have identified more than 20 terrorist goals under the Sindoor Operation, which started in response to the Pahalgam terrorist attack in Pakistan and Pakistan Kashmir (POD).
India carried out missile strikes nine of them later.
To the best of defense sources, after a list of more than 20 terrorist goals has been drawn up, it was discussed in detail at the Secretary of Defense of Rajnath Singh with the chiefs of the Army, Air Force and the Navy.
“The Markaz Taiba camp in Muridke and Markaz Subhanallah in Bahawalpur was at the top of the list since the first day of the discussion. At the meeting it was instructed that the attack should be accurate and sophisticated,” according to the source.
After a detailed discussion, all options were presented before Prime Minister Narendra Modim. It was discussed not only about the planning of the attack, but also to prepare for Pakistan’s retaliation. “The escalation was expected, but it was ensured that only terrorist installations were focused. Indian military bases were not significant damage, because the forces were prepared for retaliation in advance,” the source added.
