
The TELANGANA Housing Council generated an income of 65.02 GBP Crore by auction of its land and apartments in Gachibowli, Chintal Quthbullapur and Nizampet on Monday, June 23. Real estate remuneration includes 3271 square yards in square 413 feet – in Nizampet – in Nizampet – in Nizampet.
The auction held in the community hall in Kukatpally Housing Board (KPHB) was presented by the Vice -President and Commissioner of the Housing Council, Vice President of Vice President Gautham, a total of 55 people.
In Gachibowli, a commercial soil measuring 1487 square yards was auctioned for 2.22 square meters of square meters earning around 33 Crore. And the land with an area of 1200 square yards attracted 1.2 lakh, which earned 13.4 crore on a housing board. Two plots of mig, auctioned to 1.86 ₹ Lakh and 1.32 ₹ Lakh per square yard, received a housing board of 4.50 crore. Revenue only from real estate in Gachibowli amounted to 55.56.84 000 GBP (R 55.56 crore). The Council of June 11 auat the land in Kukatpally for 2.98 lakh per square yard.
