Motorist, identified as Michael Dziedzic, escaped on May 17th bender of the fender, for which Houston Police was stopped in a nearby parking lot. After escaping from the scene of three cars on the northern highway, the driver was shot in resistance.
The Houston Police Department in the social media post said: “HPD releases a video with Kar on an incident for shooting at 10718 North Freeway 17th.”
The video opens by two officers approaching Michael Dziedzic to question the accident. One officer says in the video clip saying, “Have you been involved in an accident?” To which SUV driver answered “no.”
COP continued to question: “How was your intention? Didn’t you want to provide your information?” He added, “You know it’s a state law, isn’t it?”
The video shows that the attacker failed in his seat with an intact weapon with a passport he tried to achieve when the police investigation continued.
According to police assistant Houston Christy Smith, the motorist was declared dead on the spot. In the Facebook post, the assistant said, “These usually require investigators to talk to more witnesses, watch numerous hours of video and analyze a considerable amount of forensic evidence.”
She added: “It is important to realize that we are in the very early stages of the investigation.”
