On Sunday, India evacuated more than 300 Indian nationals from Iran in the middle of the escalating tension between the Nation of the Persian Persian Gulf and after the bombing of three Iranian nuclear places in the US.
The Ministry of External Affairs (Mea) said that 311 Indians landed in Delhi on a special flight from the Iranian city of Mashhad.

With a fresh dose of evacuated, the total number of those brought back from Iran is now 1,428.
The three hundred eleven Indian nationals arrived in Nový Delhi for a special flight from Mashhad at 1630 hours 22.
He said that a total of 1,428 Indian nationals have been evacuated from Iran.
India launched Sindhu operation last week to bring Indians from Iran and Israel back with regard to the growing hostility between the two nations.
Israel and Iran fired hundreds of missiles and drones in the cities of other and military and strategic facilities since the beginning of hostility a week back.
The tension on Sunday morning was escalating significantly after the bombing of the three main Iranian nuclear places.
India evacuated its nationals on leased years operated from the Iranian city of Mashhad, the Armenian capital of Yerevan and the capital of Turkmenistan in Ashgabat.
On Friday, Iran lifted the airspace restriction to facilitate three charter flights from Mashhad.
The first flight landed in Nový Delhi late on Friday with 290 Indians and the second on Saturday afternoon landed in the national capital with 310 Indians.
On Thursday, another flight from the Armenian capital of Yerevan arrived. A special evacuation flight from Ashgabat landed in Nový Delhi early on Saturday morning.
