Justice Bechuan Kurian Thomas, Judge of the High Court in Kerala, distributed scholarships worth 20 lakh established Meenakshi Raghavan Zambiar Trust 34 students in Kozhikode on Saturday (June 21).
Two teachers were also awarded with excellent awards. The trust was established by a former judge of the High Court R. Basant and his siblings in memory of their mother. Every year it provides scholarships to students belonging to the economically weak parts of society.
