
Immigration officials at the International Airport in Kemegowda arrested 32 -year -old women from Nepal on Thursday after traveling with an Indian passport was found. The defendant tried to take a flight tied to Abu Dhabi, the officials said.
The accused, identified as Mina Kumari Dhamena, was stopped to suspect his tourist visa.
Sleuths said that the accused was booked according to the Passport Act and for counterfeiting.
During the interrogation, officials found that she was a resident of Nepal, but has a valid Indian passport. Further questioning revealed that she was born in Nepal, came to India in 2012 and stayed on UP and moved to Bengalur. Dhamena, a cookbook, managed to get Dhamena Voter ID and Mr. Card through an agent who asked for an Indian passport. She planned to visit the UAE on a tourist visa to find a job.
This is the second incident for a week in Kia. Previously, this sushmit Rai, 26, was caught by immigration officials, while trying to take a flight to Hong Kong on an employee visa with a valid Indian passport.
