On Saturday, the Guntur Municipal Traffic Police announced from 23rd June in the city from 23rd June for the reconstruction of the railway over the bridge (Rob) in Brodipet.

The district superintendent of the Police S. Satish Kumar announced that diversions will come into force from Monday 23 June and are aimed at ensuring smoother traffic flow and public security during the construction period.
According to the new plan, all heavy vehicles from Amaravati Road must use the route through the Chillid point and the inner circular road. Similarly heavy vehicles moving from MTB centers to Lodge Centers must proceed through Hospital Ramesh Hospital via Kankaraggunta overpass. These restrictions also apply to school and college buses.
For light vehicles such as cars, cars and two -wheelers, the following are the following: Those commuting from Lodge Centers to MTB centers can either pass Arundelpet via Sriramulu Nagar and Donka via Mudu Vantenal (Three Bridges) or Traveling and Kankaragunta.
Vehicles such as Kobaldpet, Krishna Nagar, Chandramouli Nagar, Brindavan Gardens and Lakshmipuram directed towards the market are recommended to travel via Pattabhipuram Polion Station Road or Brodipet 18. Line and continue to Kankaragunta, collector’s office road.
Sancar Vilas can use the MTB to Lodge Center. For those who come from Pattabhipurama towards the Government General Hospital (GGH), the proposed route is through Kanekaragunta, a medical college and Sankar Vilas underpass.
The commuting from MUD Vannal, which is heading to GGH, should use the Naaz and Pallavi theater road. The return route from GGH to MTB Center is via Pallavi Theater, Naaz Center and Women’s College Road. For those who travel from GGH to the bus booth, it is recommended to use the Pallavi Theater Theater, Naaz Center and Bhagat Singh a sculpture. The reverse route from the bus stand to GGH should watch the same roads in the opposite direction.
Heavy vehicles from the Lodge Center to the MTB center can continue through the Chillid point, the inner circular road, the Autonagar and then either to the bus booth or KankaAgunta overpass. The police guards recommended to all commuting to plan their travel in advance to avoid delay and confusion. “Temporary diversions were arranged for public comfort,” said Mr. Satish Kumar.
Here it can be noted that the state government through Guntur Municipal Corporation (GMC) has gained another ground for expanding the bridge. Commissioner GMC Puli Srinivasul said that the acquisition of land for expansion work was almost completed and added that for existing buildings and land gave the loss of structure and bonds of TDR.
The State Minister of the Rural Development and Communication Trade Union and Communication Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar told Hindu that the government is trying to complete the ROB and the supplier is entrusted with the conclusion of the work within two years.
