Police Cuddalore Cybercrime Police arrested a 36 -year -old man for charging 18 people of 5.82 GBP Lakh by promising them overseas holiday packages.
According to the police in the area of computer crime, they identified the accusation as Harihara Sudhan from the Tiruppur district, advertised the attractive offers of Thailand online and gathered huge amounts of money from individuals and groups.
Harihara Sudhan reportedly gathered 5.82 GBP Lakh of Paramasivam Nekeli and his friends after promising them a package for Thailand. Sudhan did not ensure the way and failed to return the money. After a complaint filed with paramasivam, the police followed the computer crime of Sudhan to Tiruppur and arrested him.
The police said the accused had promised fantastic overseas holiday packages and cheated on several people in Chennai and Madurai.
