The income day was celebrated with grandeur and pride across Andhra Pradesh 20 June (Friday), while the AP AP Revenue Services led a number of events to indicate this opportunity.

Massive gatherings and formal celebrations were held in the NTR collecting districts and the Bhavan in Vijayawada, attended by officials and dignitaries of the Ministry of income. “Public service is our most important duty.” There was a report of the day that resonated all over the state. Employees decided to observe the credibility of the ministry and strengthen its image as a trusted institution in the eyes of the public.
The address of the assembly, the special main secretary (income) and the main commissioner of the Gopal Ratnam Jayalakshmi said her father had served in the income department and grew witnessed his meaning for duty. Employees of income are like mothers of state administration – firmly, but effectively serve the needs of people. But just like times it changes, our approach must also. The work of employees of income is a direct reflection of the quality of administration. Employees of income must gain public confidence due to sincerity and minded service, she said.
Three main principles
Mrs. Jayalakshmi stressed that the three main principles for each income officer were proud – they felt proud that public problems were solved through the income department. Culture – maintaining polite and respectful behavior with citizens and performance – ensures fast and transparent liquidation of petitions.
The AP President AP Revenue Services Bopparaju Venkateswarl said that income Day is not only a ceremonial opportunity, but a moment for self -evaluation. “It’s a day to confirm our obligation to provide people faster, more transparent and responsible services,” he said.
