GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP announced on Thursday the opening of its flagship luxury residential enterprise, Cascades Neopolis, Project 3 169 GBP-Crore, which will appear in Hyderabad’s Upscale Neopolis Layout.
The ambitious development extends over 7.34 acres, including five residential towers, each rising to 63 floors and reaching a height of 217 meters. The developers set the destination in March 2030.
Within Gated Community, 1,189 3bhk and 4Bhk apartments with units size in the range of 2,560 square feet to 4,825 square feet will be located. In addition, the project will offer 10 exclusive triplex penthouses, each of which has a private fund at 54, designed for top buyers, said the edition.
The release also added that the cascades of Neopolis will include extensive equipment both at the ground level and the sky. Parking will be spread over seven levels, including two basements and five floors on stage, which ensures enough space for the inhabitants.
