Sharath Shivaram, a 29 -year -old man who suffered critical injuries after a tree branch fell on Sunday, succumbed to him on Thursday.
After the death of the police Hanumanth Nagar registered companies against BBMP forest cells and accused them of negligence.
Sharath Shivaram, HR with a private company, returned home on a scooter on Sunday when she came across Bramha Chaitanya Road branch of the tree.
He suffered severe head injuries and was hurried to a private hospital where he slipped into a coma.
