
Maharashtra Rains: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday issued a warning for several Maharashtra districts after heavy rains that brought parts of the state, causing several rivers to stand above the danger brand.
In the official edition, IMD released a “red warning” warning against heavy to very heavy rain and extremely heavy rain in isolated places in the Palghar and Ghat (Hilly) areas in Nashik and Pune.

Furthermore, orange warning about heavy rains warning was for districts of Thane, Raigad, Mumbai, Nashik and Ratnagiri together with Ghats of Satara District. The alerts will be valid until 8.30 am on July 20. In the raigad of the Amba and Kundalika, the level of danger has exceeded the Patalganga River.
According to the PTI report, the Jagbudi river also flows above the level of danger in Ratnagiri.
The water of some rivers, such as Ambudi and Jagbudi, entered several cities on the banks. In Western Maharashtra are Indrayani and some other rivers in the flood.
In Nashic, the Godavari River is swollen due to heavy rains in the basin. In the Sindhudurg district, access to the village of Nadar, Kudal, was cut off because of the overflow of the local river Haters.
People used an alternative iron bridge near the site, the officials said. In the village of Kuhambe, Sangmeshwar then of Ratnagiri, land was landlisted and the villagers were moved to safer places.
In Raigad, Amba and Kundalika crossed the level of danger.
According to the Maharashtra Celass Celass, Mumbai recorded the highest 142.6 mm collisions in the state in 24 hours ending at 11:00, followed by 134.1 mm Rain in the Raigad district, 120.9 mm in the Palghar district, 90.3 mm in Thane and 60.5 mm in Mumbai Suburban District.
