Thiruvananthapuram Special Vigilance Court postponed a petition that sought a complex probe of vigilance against another CEO of the police (ADGP) to Mr. Ajith Kumar to accusations of unlawful accumulation of wealth and abuse of power.
The Office for the Ages and the Anti -Corruption Office previously submitted a preliminary investigation that found no recognizable crime required to require further investigation. However, the dispute for the public interest claimed that the investigation was not implemented in an impartial or thorough manner.
The petitioner equalized the accusation of the bias and the aim of saying that the investigation was carried out by officers subordinate ADGP. In addition, the key allegations concerning the purchase of land in Pattom were not properly investigated, and the Kowdiar apartment was properly investigated, he claimed.
