
Prime Minister Narendra Modi 18th June reiterated the Indian attitude against terrorism and thanked the global leaders for convicting the terrorist attack of Pahalgam, the Ministry of External Affairs said in its update to the premiere at the field session at Energy Security.
At his address at the PM Modi meeting, he also called on the leaders to encourage the global action against terrorism and emphasize the need to take strict steps against those who promote and support terrorism, the ministry said in a statement.

“For global peace and prosperity, our idea and politics must be clear – if some countries support terrorism, it will have to pay the price,” MEA quoted Modi without nameing Pakistan.
The Summit G7 was the first multilateral event attended by Modi after the end of the Sindoor Operation – the exact strikes of India about terrorist camps in Pakistan last month, after the terrorist attack Pahalgam, which killed 26 people, mostly tourists, in the popular Kopcova station Jammu and Kashmir.

At his address at the Outreach PM summit, he emphasized the need to ensure the energy safety of everyone through a sustainable and green path and developed on Indian global initiatives such as ISA, CDRI and Global Biofuels Alliance, to this goal.
“Global South Country suffers most”
The PM Modi, who demanded attention to fears and priorities of the global south, noted that India considered the voice of the global south to the world scene as its responsibility.

“Unfortunately, global southern countries suffer most of the uncertainty and conflicts. They are the first to be hit by food -related crisis, fuel, fertilizer and finance. India is considering bringing its responsibility to bring priorities and fears from global south to the world stages,”
PM also stressed that Indian experience in democratization of the use of technology and its approach focused on man to deploy it. MEA said it has called for problems with global management to solve AI concerns and support innovations in this area.
Met the global leader
Modi met at least nine global leaders within ten hours in Canada. During the meeting he discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in areas such as trade and economy.
Among the leaders he met was his Canadian counterpart Mark Carney, South Korean President Lee Jae-myung, French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and his Australian counterpart Anthony Albanese.
