Auction of open land in Thorrur, Bahadurpally and Kurmalguda generates ₹83 crore for Rajiv Swagruha Corp

The Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation on Monday (May 18, 2026) generated revenue of nearly ₹ 83 crore from the open auction of 85 plots in Thorrur, Bhadurpally and Kurmalguda. The plots in the first two are located near some of the best real estate locations on the outskirts of Hyderabad. The maximum bid was ₹45,500. The company has already auctioned land in these areas.

The 66 plots in Thorrur, near the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and the IT corridor in Adibatla, measure 200-700 square yards. While the maximum bid was ₹45,500, the minimum bid was ₹25,000 and the average was ₹32,500, the company’s managing director VP Gautham said.

In Kurmalguda, near the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and RCI, 11 plots measured 200 to 400 square yards. The minimum bid was ₹20,000 and the maximum was ₹27,500.

The plots at Bahadurpally, adjacent to the ORR, measured 200-1000 square yards. The minimum bid was ₹27,000, the maximum was ₹40,500 and the average bid was ₹33,800, according to the Corporation MD.
