
Delhi Rains: On Tuesday, June 17, Delhi received severe rainfall, resulting in contamination in several areas of national capital.
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a red warning for the Delhi and the NCR region before the downpour. The weather agency predicted that hail and thunderstorms would hit parts of Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryan and Rajasthan.
After excessive rains, there was a multiple flight diversion. Delius Airport has released official counseling and announced that flight operations are likely to be influenced on Tuesday.
“According to the prognosis of the latest meteorological department in India (IMD), Delhi is experiencing persecuted weather conditions from 15:15 hours today. Flight operations at Dilli Airport can affect,” said Delhi Airport on X Post platform.

Full-service carrier of Tata Group, Air India, released travel consultancy on Tuesday, stating that its operations are affected by the weather conditions in Delhi.
The airline advised users to check the status of their flights before going to the airport to avoid any unforeseen delay or rush.
“#Traveladvisory due to the unfavorable weather conditions in Delhi will affect some of our flight operations. Before session at the airport, check your flight status,” said Air India in an official notice of social media platform.

Indigo also released the leaflet with regard to rainy weather in Delhi and recommended its passengers to check their condition before going to the airport.
