Trump blames Fox News for GOP losses, slams ratings, questions why it ‘constantly’ airs Democrats | Today’s news

US President Donald Trump lashed out at Fox News, accusing the network of contributing to the Republican Party’s crushing losses in the 2026 election by giving airtime to Democratic voices and critics of his administration.

In a series of posts on Truth Social, Trump criticized Fox News for featuring former New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, questioned the network’s coverage of Democrats and accused its parent company Fox Corp of donating to Democratic politicians and organizations.

His attacks came as Republicans suffered a major electoral setback as Democrats gained control of both houses of Congress. The results were a significant political blow to Trump, who has urged voters to view the midterms as a referendum on his presidency.
