The Ias Akram Pasha, head officer, took over the accusation as the new CEO of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC).
Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) Ramacandran R., Ias, who held concurrent charges of KSRTC, handed over the accusation of Mr. Pass.
The previous MD, V. Anbukumar, was transferred and sent as a secretary, a housing department of June 2.
Mr. Pasha has been in key positions, such as the Karnataka Housing Board and the work department. He also held a deputy commissioner in the districts of Hassan and Kolar.
His appointment comes at a time when the KSRTC and other transport corporations in Karnataka face a significant financial crisis, as the Shakti system offering free travel for women has led to an increase in Ridership, but full replacement is still waiting.
