Why is it difficult to ensure that only green firecrackers are fired during Deepavali?

The Supreme Court, which struck down the blanket ban on firecrackers and allowed green firecrackers to be set off for Deepavali, just five days after its order, will be difficult to implement, according to activists and past experience.

Over the years, people in the state capital have openly ignored the total or partial ban on firecrackers.
