New collectors for Vellore, Ranipet and Tiruvannamalai districts

The Tamil Nadu government on Friday released new collectors for Vellore, Ranipet and Tiruvannamalai districts.

According to a press release, PS Leela Alex has been appointed as Collector of Vellore, while N. Priya and Vandana Garg have been appointed as Collectors of Ranipet and Tiruvannamalai districts.

Acting Vellore Collector VR Subbulaxmi has been appointed Member Secretary, Chennai Rivers, Restoration Trust and Managing Director, Chennai Rivers Transformation Company Limited, which was earlier headed by Ms. Alex.

Tiruvannamalai Collector K. Tharpagaraj has been appointed Director of Rehabilitation and Welfare of Non-Resident Tamils.

Incumbent Ranipet Collector JU Chandrakala has been appointed as Joint Managing Director and Project Director of WB (World Bank) and ADB (Asian Development Bank) projects, Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board, a report said.
