It pointed out that the BJP Government deliberately bypasses democratic processes by placing the implementation of the bill through a regulation without any public consultation, involvement of the parties or legislative control.
“This Act on the Regulation on the Fees Regulation has been hidden. No parent, lawyer, MLA or Delhi resident has seen this law. Why is it hidden?
The AAP legislative group formally demanded that the BJP government convene a special meeting of the Assembly in Delhi to introduce a bill on fees regulation. Atishi stressed that the bill must be referred to a selected committee consisting of both AAP members and BJP and that comprehensive public consultations must be carried out before its approval, he added.
“They talked about the Act on the Regulation on Fees Regulation, but no one has seen the proposal to date. The parents spoke in one vote: the fee Act must not be made by regulation.
Mrs. Atishi, who triggered an opaque BJP tactic, noted: “It may be the first time in the history of Delhi that such an important law or politics is brought without any public feedback. Hiding a bill like this shows only one thing: something is really torn.
According to their release, with the Minister of Education Ashish Sood, who has confirmed that the bill will not be submitted in the Assembly, Atishi said: “The BJP government goes to any length to protect private schools in Dill-nuns into a draft Regulation on Regulation and circumvention of the Assembly.
“In early May, the Cabinet in Delhi approved the transparency of school education in Delhi in the field of fixation and regulation of the bill on fees 2025 and brought relief to thousands of students and parents throughout the capital.
The solution of growing concerns about frequent and unregulated fees by private schools, Delhi cabinet, led by the main Minister Rekha Gupta, cleared the bill expected to apply to 1,677 private schools in the city. CM Gupta said that the government quickly acted in response to the extended panic among students and parents.
