Pooran debuted the international debut in 2016 and last represented West India in ODI in July 2023. He performed in the T20 World Cup last year and played the latest T20i in the T20is.
He confirmed his continued support West Indies cricket and said he would remain a fan and a good team in all formats.
“Although this international chapter of my career is closed, my love for West Indies will never disappear. I wish I wish the team and the region nothing but success and strength on the road ahead,” he added.
Nicholas Pooran now fully enters the role of the Globetrotter T20. The explosive left -handed will continue to appear in franchise tournaments around the world. He was one of the best paid players in IPL 2025, which he kept Lucknow for CRS RS 21.
