The District Office of Laws will organize the National Lok Adalat on all courts in the districts of Cuddalore and Villupuram.
According to a press release, a special session will be held in the combined court complex in Cuddalore and Chidambarama, Vriddhamam, Panruti, Thittagudi, Neyleli, Parangipettai, Kathtumannarkovil and Kurunjads, except Villupuram.
Quick resolution
Cases with elements of settlement, including cases related to marital disputes, disputes with assets, demands on motor accident, land acquisition, control of reflection cases, bank loans and education loans.
The religious arbitration through Lok Adalat will lead to a rapid resolution of long -term litigation and a return of court fees. It will also provide a friendly solution to the parties concerned.
