Delhi Liquor Booking App: Book 9L Whiskey, 18L Beer But No Home Delivery – How To Pick Up Your Order | Today’s news
Residents of Delhi can now book liquor bottles online through the Delhi Liquor Booking app developed by the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC). The device allows authorized customers to browse available brands, select bottle sizes and quantities, pay online and pick up their orders at a designated retail location.
However, the service does not offer home delivery. Customers must visit the selected liquor store and collect their orders within 48 hours of booking and making an online payment.
Under current excise duty regulations, an individual can purchase up to nine liters of whiskey and 18 liters of beer. The app is available to customers aged 25 years and above as per Delhi eligibility requirements.

Where do customers pick up their orders?
Despite allowing online reservations and payments, the service requires customers to pick up their liquor in person. Orders must be picked up at the specific location operated by DSIIDC selected at the time of booking.
The facility is not available in every liquor store in Delhi. It is currently limited to 208 retail outlets run by DSIIDC across the capital.
The company launched the service to reduce queues and congestion at liquor stores, especially around payment counters. It also allows customers to check available brands before visiting the store.
Can you cancel a liquor reservation?
Customers can cancel their reservations before picking up their orders. However, there is no provision for the return of liquor after it has been sold or collected.
Customers should therefore check their order details and selected store before completing their booking.
