Madhya Chief Minister Pradesh Mohan Yadav on Saturday (June 7, 2025) asked the Interior Minister Amit Shah to order the CBI probe to disappear a woman based on Meghalaya in Meghalaya.
Woman – Sonam Raghuvanki (25) – disappeared with her husband Raja Raghuvanki (29) 23 May, hours after the honeymoon signed off from the home village in Meghalayin East Khasi Hills.

On June 2, Raja’s body was found in a deep gorge near the waterfall in the Sohra area, about 20 kilometers from home.
However, the Meghalaya police, who registered the murder case after Raja’s body was found, still have to get traces of Sonama’s stay.
In the post on X, CM Yadav said, “Madhya Pradesh stands firmly with the SMT Sonam RaghuvanShi family in this hour of crisis.” “I discussed this matter with the main Minister Meghalay.
All possible efforts have been developed to ensure the safe return of Sonam Raghuvanki, CM added.
On Friday, the members of the Women’s Family urged the Union’s government to pass the case to the Central Investigation Office (CBI) after expressing dissatisfaction with the North -European Police Police.
