The Minister for Transport and Social Care BC Ponnam Prabhakar expressed concern that in the era of global warming, planting enough trees can lead to the future generation to wear oxygen masks to breathe.
On Thursday, the Minister planted a tree at the Golkonda Area Hospital in the city as part of the World Celebration Day celebrations. He called on everyone to join the Hand to Protection of the Environment and accept the planting of trees as a social responsibility.
Previously, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy asked people to take away again to try to bring sustainability to all aspects of their lives by respecting nature and its borders.
He reaffirmed the commitment of his government to protect nature by rejuvenation, recycling and re -use. He was looking for people’s cooperation to make Telangans the greenest, cleanest and most environmentally friendly state.
