At least two people feared imprisoned after the building collapsed in Delhi Rohini on Wednesday, said the fire service in Delhi.
The fireman said that after receiving a call on the collapse of the building in sector 7, five teams were pushed into service.
“We accepted the call at 16:04. Our teams work on the spot,” the officer said.
The leading police officer said they were in a hurry from an area where several teams were in a hurry.
“On the spot, more teams from various rescue agencies, including the police in Delhi, Fire Brigade and the NDF, reached.
“We have created an area to prevent any undesirable incident. The energy department has turned off the supply of electricity in this area,” the officer said.
Authorities are trying to save those imprisoned and assess damage.
The cause of the building collapse must still be determined.
At the beginning of May, the building collapsed after a massive fire in the factory caused an explosion in the Bawan area in Delhi.
“Seventeen fire proceedings were rushed to a place in sector 2 after the calls reported a fire at a plastic bottles factory at 4.48 hours (May 24),” said Atul Garg.
Strong black smoke could be seen as a multi -storey building that collapsed after the explosion because the flames quickly absorbed the entire structure.
The explosion, which occurred shortly after the fire broke out, set off residents in nearby areas and caused panic when several locals set out from their homes and feared other explosions, the officials said.
The police launched a probe to find out what caused fire and subsequent explosion.
The structural integrity of the building and compliance with safety protocols has been examined.
