The countdown has been officially begun for the World Cup ICC T20 World Cup 2026, while the International Cricket Council (ICC) confirms that England will host the tournament from 12 to 5 July 2026.
The event will start in Birmingham, where Edgbaston is set up at the opening of the opening match and presents the women of the host country of England. Over the next 24 days, the cricket spectacle will advance to seven famous places in England and Wales, which will culminate in the big finals of the iconic Lord cricket country on July.
With both semi-finals, which will be held in an oval in London, scheduled for June 30 and July 2.
A total of 33 matches will be attacked at the tournament, while the reflector shines on cricket powerhouses such as Australia, India, South Africa and New Zealand, along with hosts of England and five other candidates. In 2025, four more teams will win their place through the Qualification of the World Cup Women T20 World Cup.
The matches will develop on some of the most popular places in sports-including Old Trafford (Manchester), Headingley (Leeds), Hampshire Bowl (Southampton) and Bristol County Ground and offer fans of the nationwide cricket festival.
In moving to building ICC excitement, she also announced that tickets to the tournament opening will be sold from 12 June 2025, just one year before the introduction of the World Cup.

Contributing to dynamics, ICC also revealed a schedule for the ODI Female Cup in ICC in ICC 2025, which will take place from September 30 to November 2 in India and Sri Lanka.
