
During the weekend special recovery units, the Cyberabad traffic police reserved 305 male motorists for driving under the influence of alcohol, with most perpetrators being two wheels.
The drive, which was carried out at 17 limitations of police stations, is part of a continued campaign for restricting road accidents caused by intoxicated driving.
Between 305 cases, 242 were two -wheel wheels, followed by 47 cases including four wheels and 16 including three wheels. No heavy vehicles were captured and all were detained by men, said officer of the traffic police in Cyberabad.
“The highest number of cases was registered by the Miyapur Transport Police with 52 reservations. Chevella and Balanagar followed every 30 cases, while Shamshabad recorded 28. Age-wise data revealed that alcohol control is predominant between younger and middle ages.
The Cyberabad police warned that someone who found alcohol and caused a fatal accident would be charged according to Section 105 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhit 2023, as a faulty murder that would lead to murder, which is a serious offense punished up to 10 years of imprisonment together with a fine.
