The organizer reached the decision to run a massive car on Sukhoi tires after looking for about 20 years.
“Old tires from Jumbo Boeing 747 have been replaced by tires used on Sukhoi fighter aircraft and made by MRF,” said NDTV report.
For the organizer, however, it was a challenge to organize tires because they had to assess the weight of Charriot they could carry.
“Finding a weight scale for a massive car was a huge task. In the end we managed to consider and came to about nine tons. Four tires supplied by MRF came at the price £1,80 lakh.
After the tires were mounted in the car, a 24 km long dry run was carried out.
