
In the first six months of operation, Telangana unified Dial-112 was solved by 45 critical cases. These were 31 suicide attempts, five missing children, three cases of children marriage, two cases of kidnapping children, and individual incidents of attempted murder, rape, violent marriage and road accident, according to data published by integrated command and TGICCC.
The TELANGANA Emergency Response Support (Tgerss), which operates on December 5, 2024, replaced a number of inheritance numbers including 100 (police), 108 (medical), children’s safety (181), children’s safety (1098) and disaster administration (1077). The system, based in the integrated Command Control Center (ICCC) in Banjara Hills, uses computer technology for fast and coordinated reaction across departments.
The system ensured real -time communication with off -road staff and ensured rapid intervention and continuous monitoring employees of the roof of emergency control.
The emergency support framework is designed to be accessible through multiple channels, including voice calls, SMS, E -mail, SOS Panic buttons and ErsS web portal.
