The city, which is known to be the international center of yoga, is preparing for International Yoga Day, celebrating June 21st.
When preparing for the actual event, the parties from the Ayush Department and the Federation of Yoga organizations will be carried out on 21 June by the culmination of programs for 21 days.
On Sunday, Lalitha Mahal was launched by the curtains for Yoga Day Ad.
This was the first of a series of such events planned for global celebrations. Sunday’s yoga program Dhanush began at 7 am and was held for one hour according to the yoga protocol. 6th June at the Mysore store, scheduled from 16:30 to 17:30, will have a 45 -minute general demonstration of yoga.
The yoga disconnection initiative will take place on June 4 at the Jyothinagar Police Training School, where the Yoga campaign and the Yoga Seminar and the awareness of the women’s trainees will be performed between 12:00 and 14:00 will be performed between 12:00 and 14:00
Details of the remaining events, including the Green Yoga, Yogodhyana and Sangama Yoga, will be shared with the public in the coming days.
Mysuru has long been recognized for its yoga tradition and has been home to legendary teachers such as T. Krishnamacharya, whose students included BKS Iyengar and Pattabhi Jois, who played a key role in popularizing yoga around the world.
Wadiyars of Mysuru took the lead in the patronization of yoga and the then Maharaja Mummadi Kršnaraja Wadiyar (1794-1868) wrote “Sritvanidhi”, which also has a chapter on yoga with possession. Currently, Mysuru is home to hundreds of yoga institutions that satisfy the growing demand of both locals and international students who come to the city to learn yoga.
