After Singh’s post gained attention, many people online shared their own experience. One user claimed that agents use special software to instantly catch tickets.
“There is an application that will give you either a confirmed ticket or a refund. Try it and support this intentional manipulation. The legalization of something illegal is here in playing. And no one asks the right question,” another user wrote.
The third called it “big fraud” and said, “Many ticket buyers easily get confirmed tickets from some so -called agents, but when trying to book online or offline, they always face too many problems.”
Irctc responds
In response to this, IRCTC issued a statement that admits that reservation times can take longer during the top hours, especially under the quota of Tatkal. The company said they are working to improve the system for all users.
“During the timing of the maximum reservation, especially during Tatkal, due to high demand, seat reservation is often filled quickly due to a large volume of users who have access to the system simultaneously. Since the system processes multiple real -time requirements, processing may take another time in the case of a large number of parallel requirements.”
