Councilor Akali Harjinder Singh Bahman was shot by men transmitted by a bike in Amritsar, the police said on Sunday.
The Pandjab Pandjab ADCP Harpal Singh Randhawa said that the brother of the leader and sister -in -law complained that attackers were the same people who had previously fired at him. They also claimed that these individuals issued Bahman threats, according to the PTI report.
Randhawa also said that Hajinder Singh was traveling when three to four people on the motorcycle started fire.

The police official said Harjinder Singh Bahman succumbed to his injury on his way to the hospital.
“He obeyed his injury on his way to the hospital,” he said.
“According to his brother and brother -in -law, attackers were the same individuals who previously launched fire in their residence and gave him threats,” Randhawa added.
There were even five to six people who fired shots. The attackers were reportedly identified.
