
The alleged murder of a four -year -old was a vengeful act of the mother against what she perceived as an attempt by her husband and family to isolated and distanced her from children, allegedly told Ernakulam rural police during her questioning.
The Chenganada police were devoted to a woman’s prison for five days on Thursday (May 22, 2025). However, she claimed that she did not know about the alleged sexual abuse of her daughter for more than a year. Reportedly, she responded to revelation with the same indifference that meant her behavior since she was taken into custody on Monday (May 19, 2025).
Police Puthencruz arrested a close relative of their husband on Thursday for alleged sexual abuse of her child. Police will probably get their custody on Saturday (May 24, 2025).
On Thursday, the woman was taken to collect evidence on the bridge Moozhicula along the Chalakuda River, where she allegedly threw the child into the water. Police also recorded a statement by the Authorickshaw drivers and the bus crew that took on Monday when the child disappeared. Police will return it to his judicial custody on Monday.
The case of murder, which seemed to be an open and closed case, turned dramatic when the police arrested a 36 -year -old man, one of the two brothers of the deceased child’s father after Mort suggested that her body bears signs of sexual abuse. He lived in a separate house on the same mixture as the child’s family.
The accused was reserved for accusations, including rape, under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the protection of children from the Section of Section 3 (Pentestive Sexual Attack) and Section 5 (impaired piercing sexual attack). According to police sources, the child has been sexually abused at least in the last year. The Mort report also suggested that it was abused very recently, probably the morning on the day it was reportedly murdered.
