MSF’s “Campus Express” campaign ends on October 9

The ongoing student campaign titled ‘Campus Express’ organized by the district committee of the Muslim Students Federation (MSF) completed its tour of Vengara and Kottakkal constituencies on Thursday (October 8, 2026).

As part of the campaign, members of the MSF district committee wore black and staged a protest demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. They also expressed solidarity with the protests led by Opposition Leader Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi.

Muslim Youth League district committee member Shamsudheen Pullatt launched the program at Dharmagiri College in Vengara.

Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) Vengara constituency president PK Assalu inaugurated the program at PPTM College.

The team also visited Farook College in Kottakkal and interacted with students at KRSN College. IUML Valanchery Municipal Committee General Secretary Mohammedali Nettukkattil inaugurated the program at MES KVM College.

The demonstrators demanded that the credibility of democratic institutions and the transparency of the electoral process be protected.

Carrying the message “We will not be silent, students will not compromise”, Campus Express visited campuses in several constituencies.

The team will visit Government College, Mankada; PTM Government College, Perinthalmanna; MSTM College, Perinthalmanna; Nasra College, Tirurkad; and GEMS College, Ramapuram, on Friday (October 9, 2026), marking the end of the campaign.
