The leader of the opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi was supported by the main Minister Tamil Nadu MK Stalin on Wednesday, who accepted strong objections to the presidential legacy to the Supreme Court pursuant to Article 143 of the Constitution on the Timeline Deposited by Governors and the President to act under law.
A few days ago, in a post on X, Mr. Stalin raised objections to the presidential legacy and said it was a desperate attempt to weaken a democratically elected state government by placing them under the governors serving as the agents of the Union government.
In his response to the place of the main minister Mr. Gandhi, the Indian force lies in its diversity – in the co -scream of states, each with its own voice. “The Government is abusing the Governors to suppress and prevent the elected state government. It is a dangerous attack on federalism and has to resist it,” he said.
Later, Mr. Stalin replied, “Dear brother, I appreciate your voice to defend the rights of the states and the federal spirit of our #india.”
