Hind joined with the hand with the Workl, a global platform of employee experiences to find out the best places to work in India.
As part of the initiative, the prices of Hindu best places for work are now open to organizations throughout India to enter a prestigious list, which would help businesses attract and maintain talents.
The survey sent to their employees through a personalized legacy will include 29 questions focused on the widely approved Workl employee involvement: Six steps towards happiness at the workplace that include reward and recognition that is an integral part of talent to maintain. A survey, developed scientists of behavior, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties, would accurately monitor the involvement and well -being of employees in the workplace.
In order to achieve a high overall involvement, society must constantly function well within its six -speed framework, include reward and recognition, instill pride, sharing information, strengthening position, well -being and satisfaction with work. Each of the six Workl steps consists of three to five key elements that are measured on a scale of 0-10.
The award will be recognized by the highest level of involvement of employees, well -being and satisfaction and businesses in four main categories:
• The best places for work: a small organization (10-49 employees)
• The best places for work: medium organization (50-249 employees)
• The best places for work: a large organization (250-1,999 employees)
• The best places to work: a large organization (2,000+ employees)
The entrance deadline is 28 February 2026. The results will be announced at the beginning of next year.
