Former Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar stressed that Rajiv Gandhi laid the foundation for digital India. He also shared his relationship with the former Prime Minister and called him a mentor who inspired and seized him.
“He remembered former Prime Minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi on the anniversary of death. The visionary laid the foundation for digital India and introduced the IT and the telecommunications revolution,” DK Shivakumar wrote on X.
