The head of the Tapan Kumar Deca news office gets an annual extension. His tenure was extended for the second time.
Mr. Veka is 1988-shaft Indian Police Service (IPS) Himachal Pradesh cadre.
The Cabinet Committee approved the extension on the service of Mr. Deka as the director of the intelligence office for one year after 30 June 2025, the command said.
